# National Service Animal Registry (NSAR) > Therapist-reviewed Emotional Support Animal (ESA) and Psychiatric Service Dog (PSD) letters, written by mental-health clinicians licensed in the client's U.S. state after a real evaluation — plus official registration kits, ID cards, vests, and gear for service animals, ESAs, and therapy animals. Helping Animals Help People since 1995. ## What NSAR is - NSAR connects people with disabilities to licensed mental-health clinicians who evaluate them and, when clinically appropriate, write a state-valid ESA or PSD letter. NSAR also sells registration kits, ID cards, vests, collars, leashes, and tags. - Every letter is written only after a genuine mental-health evaluation by a therapist licensed in the client's state. NSAR does not guarantee approval. - An ESA is not a service dog: only trained service dogs have public-access rights under the ADA; ESAs are covered for housing under the Fair Housing Act. ## Key pages - [Emotional Support Animal letters](https://nsarco.com/esa): what an ESA letter is, who qualifies, and housing rights. - [Psychiatric Service Dogs](https://nsarco.com/service-dog): PSD tasks, public-access rights, and the "two-question rule." - [Our licensed therapists](https://nsarco.com/clinicians): real names, credentials, and verifiable state license numbers. - [ESA & service-dog laws by state](https://nsarco.com/rights): housing, travel, and public-access rights for each U.S. state. - [Products & pricing](https://nsarco.com/products): letters, registration kits, ID cards, vests, and accessories. - [FAQ](https://nsarco.com/faq) - [Reviews](https://nsarco.com/reviews) - [Blog](https://nsarco.com/blog): guides on ESA/PSD law, housing, travel, and training. ## Contact - Support: support@nsarco.com - Brand lineage since 1995; company: National Service Animal Registry (NSAR).
