Emotional Support Animal Letter

$179.95$250

Risk-free — here’s our promise

  • 100% money-back guarantee. If a licensed clinician determines an ESAisn’t right for you, you get a full refund — every dollar back, guaranteed. There’s no risk in finding out where you stand.

  • Documentation that protects your housing. An ESA letter is the documentation landlords recognize for a Fair Housing Act reasonable-accommodation request — the basis for keeping your animal with you in no-pet housing, without extra pet fees.

  • Licensed clinicians you can verify. Your letter is signed by a mental-health professional licensed in your state, with a license number you can confirm directly with the state licensing board.

One ESA letter can cover up to two animals. You’ll add each animal’s details in the online health assessment after checkout — no need to purchase a second letter.

ESA letter service

After purchase you’ll complete a short clinical questionnaire. A licensed mental-health professional reviews it and, if you qualify, issues your letter — usually in one business day or less. You can download and print it from your account as soon as it’s ready.

Questions about registration

What is an ESA letter?
An ESA letter is a document from a mental-health professional licensed in your state confirming that an emotional support animal helps with a diagnosed condition. It's the documentation a housing provider must consider under the Fair Housing Act — no registry, ID, or certificate replaces it.
Does an ESA letter actually work for housing?
Yes. Under the Fair Housing Act, a landlord must consider a reasonable-accommodation request backed by a valid ESA letter — even under a “no pets” policy — and can't charge a pet deposit or fee for the animal. Air travel and public access are separate: an ESA letter doesn't grant those (that's the psychiatric service dog path).
Do I need to register or certify my ESA too?
No. No law requires an emotional support animal to be registered or “certified,” and no registry or certificate substitutes for the letter — the letter is what carries weight. An ID or registration is optional convenience only.
How fast will I get my letter?
After a short clinical questionnaire, a licensed clinician reviews it and, if you qualify, issues your letter — usually within one business day. A few states (California, Florida) have relationship requirements that take longer.
Is it legitimate?
It's written by a real mental-health professional licensed in your state, after an evaluation — not a template. If you don't qualify, you're refunded.
